The BID focuses on a range of services, from constantly improving the image of the Business Park, to providing business support, security, training and inward investment services.

The Gadbrook Park BID has three main themes for improvement with a range of projects and services available to businesses. Please see below for more details:
Theme One - A Safe and Resilient Business Park
- Dedicated Gadbrook Park CCTV and ANPR System
- Funding manned security patrols across Gadbrook Park during evenings and weekends 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Free keyholding service
- Ongoing management of illegal traveller incursions with the Gadbrook Park injunction
- Strong relationship with Cheshire Police
- Real-time intelligence sharing of important security updates across Gadbrook Park
Theme Two - A Supported and Connected Business Community
- Provision of a dedicated BID Team that has attracted inward investment; enabled companies to remain on the business park through relocating to local properties; liaised with the local authority and local agencies and provided regular updates to Gadbrook Park companies.
- Regular email communication with businesses
- Production and distribution of the bi-annual Gadbrook Park Bulletin containing useful information for businesses and good news stories from the business park
- Continued maintenance of the www.gadbrookparkbid.co.uk website.
- The Gadbrook Park employee incentive scheme, including a discount on the Workfit membership at Brio Leisure for Gadbrook Park Employees and their families
- A free programme of online workshops and accredited training courses for organisations across Gadbrook Park, covering key areas of interest such as First Aid, Fire Marshal, Health & Safety and Mental Health First Aid at Work.
- The Gadbrook Park Quiz – a chance for teams to get in to the competitive spirit and battle it out for a chance to win a number of prizes and the Gadbrook Park Challenge Cup
- Developing Links with local education establishments and partner organisations
