Developer Stoford has submitted plans for a 1.1 million sqft employment scheme on 82 acres adjacent to Gadbrook Park.
The proposed development would deliver manufacturing, industrial and logistics units ranging from 100,000 sqft to 600,000 sqft, and up to 225 construction jobs could be created.
Once operational, the site would support up to 1,700 permanent roles.
