Cheshire West and Chester’s Employment Directions programme is a person-centred service which helps local residents with a health condition find, stay in, or return to employment.
One to One mentoring support including helping with CV’s, training courses and job searching.
To be eligible:
– Aged 16+
– Received Primary Care (GP, Pharmacist, Physio etc) for a health condition (Physical or mental)
– Can receive or not receive benefits.
– Have the right to live and work within the UK.
– Has the right to access public funds.
