We currently cover the following locations: Northwich, Knutsford, Winsford, Middlewich, Holmes Chapel, and surrounding villages. Due to this, we will only be accepting applicants who live within these areas, or a commutable distance who have access to a method of reliable transport.
Each care package we provide is tailored to the individual’s needs and requirements; allowing our care professionals the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and really make a difference.
Duties will include:
· Personal Care: assisting individuals with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and dressing
· Medication Reminders: following any specific instructions related to medication management.
· Home Help: performing light cleaning tasks, including tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for your clients
· Companionship: engaging in meaningful conversations, providing emotional support, and participating in activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
· Meal Preparation: planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs and restrictions, ensuring individuals receive proper nutrition.
· Emotional Support: Offering a listening ear, empathy, and understanding to individuals.
What Home Instead offer;
· Competitive pay – of £12.50 – £13.50 per hour, with double time on bank holidays
