Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our busy
Head Office in Northwich, Gadbrook Park for an initial 6-month fixed term contract (with the potential to go permanent).
We are looking for a positive, well presented, and professional individual with excellent telephone customer service
and communication skills.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• Providing a first-class telephone customer service to all our customers
• Production of our NPORS CSCS cards
• Processing applications from registration through to issuing the cards
• Liaising with training providers, clients and fellow colleagues to ensure queries are resolved and we deliver
excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
• Maintaining our internal database
